At my first internship, I built a visual project dashboard: own goal for issues, midfield for work in progress, penalty area for near completion, and goal for achievements. The slogan became “Seeing is Believing.”
The best ideas have little impact if nobody can see them.

Beyond the job description.
What began as a personal hobby unexpectedly became a way of bringing people together. When positive feedback about company values appeared in my reviews, I realised how much seemingly small gestures can contribute to a team's culture.
Results are achieved through people.

Discovering what I need to thrive
My move to a values-based fintech was driven by a desire to align my work more closely with my personal beliefs. While the mission resonated deeply, the experience helped me realise that values alone are not enough. I do my best work in environments where I can build relationships, contribute to projects over time, and help ideas move from concept to implementation.
Fulfilment comes from the right combination of purpose, people, and role fit.
Connecting the dots.
Preparing for a client workshop meant bringing together economic data, company results, and market developments into a coherent narrative. As I watched colleagues debate market outlooks with genuine enthusiasm, I realised that what energized me most wasn't the topic itself, but the process of connecting information, finding patterns, and turning complexity into something people could understand.
Pay attention to what consistently captures your curiosity.
